This is an extension of the book, Impartial Grace: Ruminations of an Itinerant Preacher.

That book gathered up a lot of years — older essays, sermon notes, pieces written in different pulpits, at different tables, along different roads — and put them under one umbrella. It was a gathering.
What you find here is different.
These Ruminations are more organized. They follow one thread from beginning to end. We start with the Temple coming down and end with a table for all peoples. We walk through Matthew 24-25, and we anchor it in Psalm 145: Yahweh is good to all, and His mercy is over all that He has made.
For now, I’m sharing the work here on the website — sermons, thoughts, and studies as they come together. It may become a book down the road. For now, it’s a living manuscript.
Think of this page as the parent page. From here you can follow the links to each sermon and essay as they are posted. Come back often — this table is still being set.
